One-time platform service fee for the guided ITIN (W-7) preparation experience.
$99 USD
Equivalents use live mid-market FX (cached ~1 hour) and are approximate. Your card is charged in AUD; your bank's FX and any cross-border fee will apply.
What's included in the A$99 AUD fee
- Guided W-7 intake (9 steps) with field-level help and validation.
- Secure document upload and review by our team.
- Application preparation, packaging, and submission guidance.
- Email notifications at each milestone and your tracking link.
- Scheduling for the final interview/appointment step.
What this fee does not cover
- IRS fees: The IRS does not charge a fee for an ITIN itself. Filing or processing changes the IRS sets are outside our control.
- In-person identity verification: If you choose a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) or an IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center for original-document review, any in-person fee is paid directly to them.
- Document translation, courier, or notarization performed by a third party.
- Your bank's foreign-exchange or cross-border card fees when paying from a non-AUD card.
